Citivale targets BREEAM Excellent, EPC A+ performance and net-zero carbon by 2030 in accordance with UKGBC definitions for embodied and operational carbon for all of our Greenbox developments.

Social

In our day-to-day business activities, we implement sustainable sourcing practices and wherever possible work with local suppliers and support independent businesses

Governance

The Citivale Board overseas all corporate governance within the organisation, ensuring that policies and procedures are up to date, regularly audited and that all employees undertake the relevant training for their role and responsibilities.

Charity

We work with and support local and national charities. The Citivale Team volunteer at Carecent, a breakfast centre for all homeless, unemployed or otherwise socially excluded members of the community.

Wellbeing

The Citivale management team value and invest in their staff and have an open-door policy, creating a friendly working environment where a good work-life balance exists.
