Citivale is working to achieve BREEAM Excellent, EPC A+ performance and net-zero carbon by 2030, in accordance with UKGBC definitions for embodied and operational carbon, for all of our Greenbox developments. We seek to apply the same high targets where practicable to all existing buildings and any future investments.
